The Hydra is a mobile power generator and water purifier that is ideal for disaster relief and other applications.  The 16-foot-long trailer unit houses solar panels, that like the Hydrogen House itself, convert sunshine into hydrogen gas.  The Hydra can operate off of freshwater, saltwater, and even polluted water to produce clean drinking water. 

Sunlight powers an on board electrolyzer that splits water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen.  The hydrogen is stored as fuel and the oxygen stored for medical use.  The on board fuel cell can convert the hydrogen into electricity to act as a mobile power generator, and also pumps dirty water through the on board filter providing purified water to meet the needs of 10,000 people per day.

The Hydra runs on clean renewable energy and is the only system of its kind in the world.  It is easily deployable and can attach to a trailer hitch.  The system is also scalable, and the components are industry tested for safety and reliability.
